Fraud attempts by misuse of SeaTwirl’s brand

Please be aware that it happens increasingly often that persons who are in no way connected to SeaTwirl, pretend vis-à-vis the outside world to be part of SeaTwirl’s brand. Without our permission, they
– pose as a recruiter of SeaTwirl by contacting people (e.g. via email, letter, phone, social media) about a “suitable position” (either a real vacancy of SeaTwirl or a fake one); or
– try to tempt people to contact them by placing fake job adverts on (employment) websites, using the name of SeaTwirl.

The persons concerned request their “potential victims” to provide them with all kinds of personal information and to make (a) payment(s). It should be noted that SeaTwirl will never ever request payment of any kind or a copy of a credit card or debit card, or passwords from a candidate during a recruitment or job search process.

If you become aware of (possible) misuse of SeaTwirl’s brand and in particular of fraud attempts, please report to us at legal@seatwirl.com as soon as possible. We take strong measures to counter these attempts, and to protect your privacy and security as well as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us.
